American newspaper: Hungary is not reliable enough to remain a NATO member
According to the Washington Examiner, PM Viktor Orbán is no longer with the USA. Instead, he supports China and Russia. The author of the article says the evidence pointed that way.
The American newspaper shared an opinion article clearing why Orbán is with China and Russia instead of the USA. The article highlights that Hungary is a democracy. However, the US is concerned whether Orbán will remain pro-Washington. And evidence says no, the author believes.
That is because the Hungarian government would like to withdraw the anti-Russian sanctions in return for lower energy prices. Moreover, Budapest does not want the price cap on Russian oil, slows down Finland’s and Sweden’s NATO accession and China started considerable investments in Hungary, mandiner.hu, a government-close media outlet summed up.
The author concludes that Hungary is no longer trustworthy enough to remain a NATO member. “Orbán is certainly not America’s ally”, the article highlighted.

‘When the Yoke is Broken,
the Burden is Removed.”
Globally the name Victor Orban, embroiled – the OWNER of – reference this article, Hungary again being, placed in a position, that our name as a country gets LABELLED – muddied & dirtied deeper – for the actions and attitudes of Victor Orban & his Government/Fidesz Party.
What a cataclysmic disaster – we are at present Hungary.
The MESS we are factually in, just keeps GROWING and we as a country continue to descend into a deepening BLACK Hole.
The YOKE – the Burden – directed at the name Victor Orban – that the longer the name remains as the Prime Minister of Hungary – the GREATER the damage will be worn by Hungary, that possible could end in a Humongous economic & financial – DISASTER.
The Washington Examiner is a conservative US news source. So this is coming from a camp that would usually support Orbán. It surprised me that they would print such a scathing article.
You should search out the original article if you think I’m not being truthful. —-

I didn’t put a link because I’m not sure that is acceptable.
For years now, our courageous Hungarian military officers stationed at NATO headquarters in Brussels have not been briefed on “top secret” NATO policies. Therefore, there is no reason for us to remain in NATO, just as there is no reason for the Soros battalions in the EU Commission to give more money to Hungary. Shrewdly playing both sides, Mr. Orban is the greatest political mind in Europe since Admiral Horthy. He will wrangle big loans from China, at 20% interest, to pay the bills. No need to pay attention to fake American conservatives who boast that they know all about Hungary but can’t speak a word of our beautiful language. We proud Hungarians will never bend our knees to the woke LGBTQ idiots of the Washington DC press corps. Hungary for Hungarians! Trianon will fall!
Let’s talk about Turkey hindering the NATO membership of Sweden and Finland, France hindered the NATO membership of Georgia (which was overrun by Russia afterward) and Germany hindering the export of tanks to Ukraine.
Hungary may now be considered unreliable to uphold it’s NATO responsibilities which are mainly to contain Russian aggression, under article 5. Hungary may also be seen as a Russian mole inside NATO. It makes no sense to keep Hungary in NATO if there are no common values and Hungary can be expected not to uphold it’s NATO responsibilities. At minimum, a trial suspension with voting rights removed is in order while the situation is assessed. The EU needs to also make a similar assessment.
